CITY GIRL FARMING | Sustainable Living for Regular People

Free Christmas

12/08/2010

I’ve always LOVED a homemade Christmas! As a kid, I remember frantically crocheting younger brothers and sisters new Christmas scarves the week before Christmas, making homemade toys for my cats, and embroidering little pictures from kits for parents and grandparents.

After I grew up and became a designer and illustrator, my gift giving always has some sort of homemade (either by painting, or in Photoshop, or a combination) label in addition to the handmade gift.

In the spirit of GIVING, I decided to do a bit of giving to all my friends out there in cyber space. So, during the month of December, check back here often for free gifts…could be a great new recipe, a wonderful, inexpensive gift giving idea, some design you can download, or even a chance to win free merchandise!

The three free designs for printable tags

To kick off the giving of the season, I’ve got a downloadable set of ‘farm’ gift labels–there’s 3 different designs and they’re formatted 9 per page. You can download the pdf file here, and print them on your home printer. Use them on your canning goods or other homemade goodies you give this holiday season.

Stay tuned for more free Christmas coming your way soon!

(Please feel free to use these labels for your personal use, but please don’t sell, claim as your own, or otherwise use them without permission.)

Thanks and Enjoy!
